BodyMax Analytics may store the following categories of information:

- Device data such as device ID, device name, device model, app version, and activity timestamps.
- Analytics records such as dates, revenue values, remaining balance, attendance counts, reasons, and comments entered by authorized users.
- Session and security data needed to keep accounts signed in and restrict access to authorized devices.
2. How We Use Information
Information is processed only to operate the service and its administration tools. Typical purposes include:
- registering accounts and confirming account email addresses,
- authenticating users and administrators,

The service uses access controls, email-based account activation, device binding, and protected administrator access.
No internet-facing system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied.
