This page explains what information BodyMax Client stores, how it is used, and your data protection rights.
We collect information to provide a better service to all our users. This includes account details (login, email address, password hash), device identifiers (for security and synchronization), subscription details, client lists, visit records, symptoms, procedures, and attached client photos/annotations.
The collected information is used solely to operate and maintain the client journal, secure account access, sync data across your authorized devices, manage active subscriptions, and provide administrator support. We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing.
We store your data on secure database servers and protect all traffic using HTTPS/TLS encryption. Hashed credentials ensure that only you can access your account. We retain data as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide technical support and ensure system security.
We use Firebase to monitor application stability and debug crashes. Billing and subscription state validation is processed through official Apple App Store and Google Play APIs. No personal data or client records are shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated client records at any time directly through the application settings or by contacting our support team.
