These terms govern the use of the BodyMax Client application and the subscription-based synchronization service.
By registering an account or using the BodyMax Client app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
BodyMax Client is available only to registered accounts with active subscription access, trial status, or administrator approval. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions are billed and managed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the application from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must manage your subscriptions in your mobile platform account settings.
You agree not to upload malware, perform unauthorized security probing, or use the sync service in a way that disrupts system performance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all patient/client information you upload complies with local medical privacy regulations.
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. BodyMax Client does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The application is a record-keeping tool, and you are responsible for the clinical decisions you make.
